[feature request] snake case error codes

As a user
I want error messages to be displayed in my preferred language
So that I might understand it

With the current implementation error messages are friendly but they are in English, making internationalization features hard-to-integrate with. Alternatives would be to snake case the error but that is not 100% reliable depending on the friendly message that the package raises and makes it difficutl to have type completion on some error codes.
