[Feature Request] Ability to toggle whether a playlist is public or private

With Jellyfin 10.9, the ability to toggle whether or not a playlist was public to all users was added. As of now, you need to use the main Jellyfin application (or web page) to do this as its not possible to do from within Finamp.

I think this would be a good feature to implement in to Finamp. It would allow users to manage their music experience all from one app, instead of having to switch back and forth.
