Music has error playing occurring when downloaded

on both the non-beta and the beta version of the app I have added a few new songs onto my jellyfin server and when I play them without downloading they work without issue. However once i download, whether in offline mode or not, when I try to play them again I get "an error has occurred", and a popup saying "Error (-11828) Cannot Open". This is only occurring for my new songs. The older songs I have downloaded previously work as expected whether downloaded or not. I have deleted the download for the old songs and re downloaded and they still work as expected
