The certification has been updated recently for Symfony 3.0. Maybe we should create an other list to keep both versions of the framework.

Creating an other list would be better option, the reason is Symfony 2 Certification still active some people may prefer this and would be better draw them a clear path.

I created 2.x & 3.x, the idea is to set 3.x as default branch and keep actual version at 2.x.

Should we remove master?
