Resource suffix disabling should account for full verb/group/version/kind specification

The version of resource suffix disabling introduced in #184 only checks user authentication for the verb + kind pair in the given context. To be comprehensive, this should actually a) check for the full group+version+kind+verb tuple of values and b) re-check when user uses the corresponding infix to switch version/group/etc.
