You didn't provided enough informations. Small video file sample which show the issue is the best "report".

Anyway, this project is not activelly maintained, so only advice I can give you is to try fresh image...

I have installed more then one time, but its same (+updated). Im playing video 720p. Sorry i cant upload the video because my internet very limit.
Flow: when playing this video on opi plus 2e first play normally but after few second like playing previous scan. Play on laptop working normally
