arXiv ID to post pipeline

We want to create a pipeline that takes an arXiv ID and applies processes to generate a post for the paper and posts for the references.

We have an existing pipeline that takes a PDF and applies processes to generate a post for the paper and posts for the references.

We may use parts of the existing pipeline. This is a discussion about how our existing PDF to Post pipeline works and the requirements for a new arXiv ID to Post pipeline.

This discussion requires the following research before we can scope out a feature:

• documentation on the github wiki for how the PDF to Post pipeline works
• documentation on the github wiki for how the arXiv ID to Post pipeline is intended to work

Questions about how our existing pipeline works are helpful to the discussion.

How we architect the second pipeline (arXiv to Post) is the start of a foundation for future pipelines (e.g. DOI to Post, ISBN to Post).
