OneUI/Tizen 8 for Samsung TV broke jellyfin/developer mode

I updated my TV today to the "new" One UI (read: Tizen 8) for Samsung TVs, and my jellyfin app that I side-loaded via developer mode no longer works. In fact, the whole app store seems to be missing, and I can't find any way to activate developer mode and try to reinstall/update the app. Did samsung really removed this feature?

From the Apps selection, at the bottom is 'App Settings, then you can enter 12345
