Migrate the rest of the JF folders from these directories to ~/Library/Application Support/Jellyfin.

Might need to make a migration from the previous migration because I just had ~/.local/share/jellyfin dump its contents in Application Support but I'll see.

This update hasn't shipped yet, so you don't need to worry too much about migrations.
