I'm kinda losing my mind over this. I'm using Windows 11 and playing HDR videos directly through VLC works flawlessly, black levels are spot on and light sources pop, just like the way it looks on the native JMP android app on my phone. I saw people recommending mpv shim as a way to watch HDR files through Jellyfin on windows but it looks broken out of the box, black levels are greyed out in particular, and I'm pretty sure I've tried every mpv.conf setting I could find here and on google to fix it.
Here is a screenshot of what is displayed when pressin "i" while watching the file I'm using to test this, if that helps.
