v2.7.0 - Updated Trickplay Support & MPV Bugfix

This release fixes Trickplay support for Jellyfin 10.9.1 and fixes MPV support on newer distributions.

• Switch to native Jellyfin Trickplay support.
• Update mpv version to latest git version.
• Fix support for newer MPV versions. (switch to "user-data" property for storing values #377)
• Make log level configurable. (make shim logger configurable #379)
• Fix icon title. (set title to USER_APP_NAME #380)
