Crashes on launch when Manual MPV Configuration is set on macos client

Four considerations:

• Please make sure the issue only pertains to Jellyfin Media Player. If it also occurs in the web client, send the issue to jellyfin-web instead.
• Please make sure that your issue is not being caused by errors in custom CSS or note that you are using custom CSS.
  • Notably, there have been instances of custom CSS breaking TV mode.
  • You can disable custom CSS under Display in the user settings.
• Please provide logs. You can drag the log file into the issue to attach it.
  • Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\JellyfinMediaPlayer\logs
  • Linux: ~/.local/share/jellyfinmediaplayer/logs/

Describe the bug
JMP crashes on launch when mpv override settings are set on MacOS via the "Manual MPV Configuration:" option

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
override MPV settings with "Manual MPV Configuration"
in this case with "Jellyfin Media Player.log"
close the settings and application
reopen and it will crash on launch

Expected behavior
Start the application with the custom MPV settings

• OS: MacOS 14.3.1 (23D60)
• Version 1.11.1
• Installation Method: just downloaded the apple silicon binary and installed it into applications

Additional context
I tested the same MPV config argument and it worked on windows (same media player version)
