Subtitles out of sync both external / embedded

Describe the bug
Skipping forwards / backwards causes subtitles to go out of sync (both embedded and external)

System (please complete the following information):

• iOS Version: 17.3
• Jellyfin Expo version: 1.5.0
• Jellyfin Server version: 10.8.13

To Reproduce
Play any video (mkv)
enable sub titles
skip forward a big chunk
subtitles should be out of sync
if not go further or go back a few times

Expected behavior
subtitles in sync
