Move navigation bars to the side rather than top

Describe the feature you'd like

When in TV/Movie/etc view, it would be nice to have the navigation options on the left/right rather than at the top.

Currently, if I've scrolled down in my library and want to jump to a specific letter, I need to scroll all the way to the top again to get to the menu to be able to select the letter I'd like to jump to.

Moving these items to the left/right of the library would not only align the UI with the JF server, but would also match what other players in the industry have done such as Emby/Plex.
