Play mp4, h264 files with the integrated player of jellyfin.
Every 2 seconds the video seems to go back 1 frame and then go forward 2, the audio infact is still in sync despite the fps drops.
The problem is happening on a TCL Andorid TV and also on a Firestick 1080p and on the Firestick 4K as well. The firestick 4K Max instead can play the media smooth and normal (latest version of jellyfin on all the devices tested).
For the Andorid TV (TCL in my case) the problem is easily fixed when using mpv as external player, other player like vlc or mx player are also giving the same problem. Also Vimu worked but it often fails to resume videos.
No workaround found for firestick 1080p and 4k (not the Max version which is fine) to fix the fps shuttering since mpv is not available on them and is not working sideloading either.
No log of FFmpeg are being generated and is not being transcoded the video.
