My dad is having issues watching videos on my Jellyfin from his phone. He used to be able to watch videos without any issues but recently upgraded to a new phone. Ever since he switched to his new phone any time he tries to watch something he can hear the audio but the video is frozen. If he taps the screen the video will update to where it's supposed to be and freeze again. He canwatch videos from chrome on his new phone and can still watch from his old device without issues. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this? Is there a video player or codex that he needs to install on his new phone? Thanks in advance.

Can confirm. Same issue here on my girlfriend Samsung Galaxy S8 running Android 9. Installing the Android System Webview Beta seems to fix the problem but unfortunately it is not supported on Android 9 it seems.
