Describe the bug

Jellyfin app : player HTTP
Or all browsers (edge / chrome / firefox) . HEVC can't be direct played , fallback to H264 and transcode.

Tested on a Galaxy S10 Ultra.
Acceleration work on Exoplayer / VLC / Mxplayer.

In firefox about:support , HEVC is supported for Hardware Decoding.
I have no issue to read these hevc videos in all browsers : https://tools.woolyss.com/html5-audio-video-tester/?u=woolyss.com/f/hevc-aac-caminandes-3.mp4 except in jellyfin
