Feature request: Gesture control while playing videos

Gesture control while playing videos

Additional context
It would be a great idea to add gesture control function for touchscreen devices. For example:

1. Double-tapping to pause / resume;
2. Swiping left / right to rewind / move forward;
3. Swiping up / down on the left half of the screen to adjust brightness;
4. Swiping up / down on the right half of the screen to adjust volume.

These features are quite common in Chinese streaming apps such as BiliBili or Tencent Video and they work great! I'm looking forward to seeing them on jellyfin.
