Incorrect information on setting up the generic linux binaries

Recently switched to Gentoo and i didn't want to mess with ebuilds for jellyfin so I decided to try the generic binaries that are offered here: https://repo.jellyfin.org/releases/server/.

Unfortunately there seems to be no linux compatible software inside the tarballs and the instructions do not help either.

Maybe some can help me figure out what's going on here.
