Workaround is to add this to the documentation next to the OpenShift Online Parts.

Browse to http://DOCKER_HOST:8080/jenkins and go to Manage Jenkins > Configure System. Scroll down to Sonar. Click "Add Sonar", Click "Advanced", Add the Name "Sonar" and the "server URL" to "http://DOCKER_HOST:9000/"
