In many battles, there are in-battle cutscenes where control is taken away from you and the camera goes on a preset path. These use the default FOV of the scene, which is an issue for me as the main reason I use the zoom hack is for 4:3 to work better (1600x1200 CRT): I set the FoV to 1.0 and it gives me the same horizontal FoV as 16:9 with more on the top and bottom. When an in-battle cutscene appears, the sides are cut off and the framing is quite awkward. This is a very edge use case, but a toggle or something to offset the FoV of these in-battle cutscenes would be useful.
