Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My feature request is related to the fact that Discord.py is no longer being supported

Describe the solution you'd like
Using a different, supported library or an answer on what it would be

Describe alternatives you've considered
More of an insight

Additional context
The library used for this bot, Discord.py, is no longer being supported or updated by its owner. I was wondering what plans you had for a different library, as using a different library opens up to new Application Commands, Message Interactions, and other features.

I am still in the middle of porting the bot to twilight-rs. There's a few small remaining features that haven't been fully ported yet.

Despite the fact the bot has been/is actively being ported to twilight-rs, Discord.py has resumed active development.
