Deactivating ‹Clean IDs› used to keep all IDs in ther SVG. Now all IDs are deleted no matter what the toggle switch is set to.

Please provide a sample SVG and try with svgo. Chances are this is an issue with svgo itself, since svgomg is mainly a wrapper around svgo.
