TCK: App name changed from test.war to test.war.war

The changes in #197 inadvertently resulted in applications using the defaultArchive and defaultWebArchive methods having their names changed from test.war to test.war.war.

This wouldn't be a problem except that it required a matching config file update in Open Liberty to correct the role mappings for the authorization-propagation tests. Other implementations may also encounter the need to make changes when moving from the 3.0 to 3.1 TCK, even though nothing has functionally changed with these tests.
