Make a method that simplifies the addition of row/column categories based on some external category dataset (e.g. a table of clinical parameters, or a dictionary of categories).

This method in the helper functions is taking care of this (https://github.com/ismms-himc/himc_helper_functions/blob/master/notebooks/himc_helper_functions.py#L673).

This method will be added to the API when completing this issue #34
