This is needed in order to complete #255. The purpose of this option is currently unknown besides this note in the README:

irods_capability_automated_ingest/README.md

Line 41 in e1d3246

`--profile` allows you to use vis to visualize a profile of Celery workers over time of ingest job.

Noting for myself...

There is a whole directory called profile which has more stuff in it. That helps clear things up a bit.
