Harmony adapter does not react on actions (new entry)

Hi mcm,
I have seen, that the was a new commit to this adapter, I have chosen to test it. But as you told, if the problem still exists we should open a new issue - here it is...

Adapter- Version: 1.3.0
JS- Controller: 5.0.17
Admin- Version: 6.12.0
Node: 18.19.0
OS: Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)

It's a new installation (2 days old) on a RPi4 with a pivccu and deconz running on it.
Adapter is green, all objects are there, but no reaction, when sending a command. If I do that on hte Smartphone with the harmony app, all commands are executed.
