Update documentation

• Add documentation for ML workflows (a.k.a. Pipeline) #159
• Create a README under docs/ explaining how to manage documentation
• organize RST files in subfolders reflecting the order of the navigation
• Add python script for tutorial on trainer class: https://github.com/interTwin-eu/itwinai/tree/main/tutorials/distributed-ml/torch-tutorial-2-trainer-class
• Explain difference between DDP, Horovod, and DeepSpeed
• Embed video tutorials
• Add explanation on itwinai loggers
• Check if some MD files can be converted to RST for better integration with the RTD documentation page
• Add dropdown to files added to use cases pages, to improve readability
