Bot does not send messages upon job or pipeline events #9

the webhook is send and recieved successfull but no message in telegram is send.
Other hooks like push are working.

gitlab 14.6.0
latest bot version via selfhosted integram

What else do you need to resolve this?

Correction, The bot does not work with test calls, working in production as expected
