Bot des not work in groups after adding other persons

As the Title says, the bot stopped working in a group after I added some other persons.
Still the Webhook successes with code 200, but no Message is send from the Bot.
Additional the Bot does not react to any of the messages send to it, like trying to adjust the settings or restart it.
