Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to suggest an addition of a build workflow for Totoro to get use the app as soon as an commit is pushed, as similar to some other projects in GitHub possibly in Actions or in Releases as Prerelease.

Could you please do this , this could be a beta build while the main one could be stable
this way the stable one could be used by people who want stability and the beta one for people who want features early
