Fatal error: Class 'dbObject' not found while installing

I have did clone to repo and after uploading to server getting error on step 3 of installation.

inoERP installation :
Start Installation (Step 3)

.../includes/engine/install/steps/start_install.php on line 28

Failed to change the access level of the .htacess file. Change the .htaccess file to 06444 mode after installation
