Rewrite the MusicXML to MMA converter

The MusicXML to MMA converter was the first XSL transformation that I ever wrote. Since then, my grasp of XSL has greatly expanded, and a new version of that conversion will very likely be less painful to write and to read.

Since the interesting bit here is to generate the accompaniment, one option to consider would be to focus on parsing the MusicXML to extract chord information only, and merge an existing MIDI file that would have been created using other converters such as MuseScore, Verovio, etc.. MMA does allow to include an existing MIDI file into its generation.
