Feature Request: Ctrl + Click UUID to Open Note #12

The markdown tooltip feature is slick. However there's no feature or command to open the note from the line. I end up having to Ctrl + C and Ctrl + P the UUID. It would be great to be able to Ctrl + click or provide a command for opening the note. Thank you!
