Idea Adoption Center

It would be cool to have an idea adoption center for people who want to delete their account (or just share their pages with others). You could ask them if they want to delete all their pages or share them with others to adopt, or maybe put them in the public domain. It would be cool to be able to browse around a bunch of abandoned characters and religions and stuff and be able to add them to my account, especially if I could adopt premium pages without premium.
