Is the repo dead?

Last commit was 13 months ago and pr's are going back to mid '21 without any reactions from @imtoori

Seems like the repo is dead. Does anybody already maintain an active fork?

I'll use this issue to reply to everyone who's been pinging me.

In the last year I've been experiencing some personal issues that kept me away from side projects.
I'll make the repo read-only and set the package as unmaintained
Feel free to fork it
