現実の実装日を入社日と仮定する？

スキーマにもよりますが、現実の実装日は"入社日"とせずDB上でも"実装日"でいいと思います。

追加提案

ゲーム内でアイドルごとに実装日が異なる例はデレマス以外にも存在するので、
デレマス以外にも実装日定義をそのまま横展開できるのではないでしょうか。
実装日については、可能ならモバマス、デレステ双方で定義できればと思います。
