bug: Make it more clear on how to place marker and confirm locations

Description:

• "When selecting a location on the map, I think we should be more apparent on how to confirm the selected location. Users would have to click on the icon twice to do so right now and that isn't really made obvious. Adding a confirmation button or small note telling the user how to confirm the item location might help" - RS

To do

• Add explicit directions to double click on map location to confirm location once one is selected.
  • Maybe simliar to the pop up instruction "click on the map to place your item" that we already have
