feat: add Alert to show you don't have any post when filter by "Your Posts" #54

Description:

If your account doesn't have any posts:
- when clicking "Your Post" in the Filter and in Pfp icon, nothing shows up which is kinda confusing.

To Do:

Check if user have any post when selecting "Your Post" filter
- If nothing: Add HTML Alert component to notify user that they have no posts
