Dialog for server name should not be modal

The dialog for the server name is currently modal, i.e. you can't do anything without acknowledging it. This should be changed so that the server starts up and then asks for a servername, and lets you quit if you didn't want to host. This is not that big of a priority, but maybe a general reworking of the GUI is.
