Rename / create new recipes:

simon_says          -> renamed from conversation_watsonxassistant
chat_with_tj        -> renamed from conversation_watsonxai
text_to_speech      -> new recipe
speech_to_text      -> keep the existing recipe the same
tj_the_translator   -> revive the old language_translator recipe, but using watsonx.ai
rock_paper_scissors -> can we implement this now with llama-3.2? :D
