Want the output figures to be able to go through publication review and be approved without having to remake figures.

Need to figure out what guidelines to follow to be USGS compliant.

Should be implemented in notebook 1a, and possibly others.

USGS style guide had some examples https://pubs.usgs.gov/unnumbered/7000088/sta22.pdf
I'll check with the BAO and see if there isn't a more updated version
