infra-config generating blank .envrc #1

On Mac OS X 10.10.4 with bash 3.2, infra-config is generating a blank .envrc file:

 |2.0.0-p451| saguaro in ~/hw/fission/fission-infra
± |master ?:1 ✗| → ls .envrc
ls: .envrc: No such file or directory

 |2.0.0-p451| saguaro in ~/hw/fission/fission-infra
± |master ?:1 ✗| → infra-config
Initialized direnv!

 |2.0.0-p451| saguaro in ~/hw/fission/fission-infra
± |master ?:1 ✗| → cat .envrc

 |2.0.0-p451| saguaro in ~/hw/fission/fission-infra
± |master ?:1 ✗| →

@chrisroberts indicated the problem may lie in e8e1e38
