Image properties + Multiple UI languages / Include (optionally) the same picture for every language

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In Uwazi instance with multiple UI languages, if you edit an entity and you add a picture to a Image property, this is added only in the entity language you're using. If the picture is the same for any language, you need to swap language by language and add again this picture every time.
This flow work for some uses cases, but frequently the pictures must be the same for any language.

Describe the solution you'd like
Optionally for Image properties, configurating the option from the template settings, you can set "Use the same image for every available language", to avoid entering the same picture many times.

Have you considered an alternative?
Working as right now, adding the same picture manually for every entity and language...
