I've added a convenience feature to my fork to filter chats by assistant. Probably not the nicest UX (feedback for improvements very welcome).
Clicking the Filter button next to "New Chat" shows the assistants that have been used in the Conversation List. The right-most icon shows chats that do not have an assistant specified:
Selecting an Assistant icon filters chats that have been conducted with that assistant. Note I've updated the display on this fork to include both the chat emoji and Assistant icon.
If anyone has feedback on making the UX better please say, otherwise LMK if you have questions/want PR.
