Upgrade FROM 0.2.0 to 0.3.0

The WebhostingAccountOwner class has been replaced by RootEntityOwner of the Model Component.
The Model\DomainName\WebhostingDomainNameRepository::getByFullName() method has been renamed to findByFullName.
