Commentary formatting error in Timeout (Beforus)

so I composed my own motif for Damara, and referenced track:fuchsia-ruler for Meenah, and Killed by BR8K Spider!!!!!!!! for Aranea

Beforus needs an overall commentary touch-up but this is an obvious error. Just replace with "Fuchsia Ruler" (not a link) til Beforus' commentary is reviewed in the same fashion as the LOFAMs were (#357).
