Enhance naming convention for Channels and Config Facility modal title

Shipping and Store Pickup-> 'Product and Facilities'->Creates a new rule -> Section heading is displayed as 'Facility' but when user opens the modal for included/excluded, title of modal being displayed is 'Include/Exclude facility groups'. This is confusing for user. Also when the rule is created, include selections fall under the heading 'Facility groups'.

Description

Title of modal for groups(threshold, safety stock, store pickup, shipping)/ config facilities(inventory channel) is incorrect and needs to be changed as it appears confusing to user. Header should be provided for selected config facility in channel card.

1. Update Modal Titles:

Current Titles: Titles of modals for groups (present on threshold, safety stock, store pickup, shipping card) and config facilities (present on inventory channel card) are confusing.
Proposed Titles: Need to be discussed
Reasoning:
The current titles fail to clearly convey their purpose to users. By providing clearer and more descriptive titles, users will have a better understanding of the configuration processes involved.

2. Add Headers for Selected Configuration Facility:

Current State: No headers are provided for the selected configuration facility visible on the inventory channel card.
Proposed Change: Introduce a clear header indicating the selected configuration facility within the inventory channel card.
Reasoning:
Adding headers will improve the clarity of information presented to users, allowing them to easily identify and manage the config facility selection for each channel.
