[Idea] initial signature scanning speed up

When the input binary is multi-Gigabyte one then the initial signature scanner takes considerable amount of time (1-2 and more minutes)
I"ve noticed that the tool consumes 100% of just one CPU of N available on the system

the idea of the feature as UX improvement is to analyze the size of the input file and if thats say bigger 10 MB then get num of hw CPU/Threads on the system and do the scanning in parallel ,thus decreasing overall scanning time
