Restarted system several time, making sure Z2M was off and would not load on boot. Started Silicon Labs Flasher manually (not on boot). Tet system run overnight, as it seemed to be taking an inordinate amount of time to complete. Checked logs in morning. It appeared to have stopped updating logs. Rebooted system and tried to run Z2M, but it will not start giving errors about skyconnect not responding.

after about 8 attempts, It finally updated the software on my Skyconnect device. I tried numerous scenarios, before coming up with something that would work:
I set Silicon Labs Flasher to start on boot
I powered down the Home Assistant Blue
. I unplugged the Skyconnect device from the USB port
Applied power to the Home Assistant Blue
Plugged in the SkyConnect USB device
Once everything was started, I went to the Silicon Labs Flasher plug in and observed that the CPU status and Memory usage were both showing higher than previous attempts.
Without going to the logs, I allowed it to run for about an hour.
When I finally checked the log, it showed that the software had loaded successfully. (According to the logs, it only took about 2 minutes)
I then rebooted HA
Went to System Hardware and re-enabled Skyconnect
went to Add-ons and restarted Z2M
I was forced to re-initialize several of my zigbee devices
I had tried similar scenarios previously, but would immediately go to the logs to see it if was working. When I did this and then came back tot he INFO screen the CPU utilization would be 0.
Simply rebooting the Home Assistant Blue did not work
Unplugging/inserting the Skyconnect USB device did not work
Cycling power on the Home Assistant Blue, with the Skyconnect usb device plugged in did not work.
